New Products and Summer Shows 05/06/2012
It has been a busy weekend around here for two reasons. One I have been scouring the internet looking for new items to bring in store and two I have been filling in forms for farmers markets and festivals. After several hours of looking for items to bring in and not finding what I wanted I decided to focus on more handmade items. I am putting some serious though into making hand lotions, scrubs, bubble baths ,soy candles. Items to pamper the ladies. I would also like to start making some fun soaps for the kids. used to make soap all the time and I would love to get back to it. On top of that I will be putting some serious focus on a mens line. I always seem to start the mens line but run out of creative ideas and stop. This fall I am committed to getting it done. Some key items in the collection will include objects from the hardware store as well as quality leather cuffs. My hope is to have some of these products available at farmers markets around the city. Tomorrow the summer collection goes live! I am so excited I can barely contain myself! It has been a lot of late nights, tweaking and prepping and the day is finally here. To celebrate I had my hubby make me a Hey Girl poster. 
In reality it should be a picture of the hubby, as he is a rock star! He is always supportive when it comes to adding last minute clasps, changing things I don't like or in general dealing with my craziness, but come on its Ryan Gosling! New Collection In 7 Days! 04/23/2012
I am beyond ecstatic that our new collection of women's and children's jewellery will be available for purchase next week, to be exact on May 1st! The new collection has bright cheerful colors and is very easy to wear. It's my favorite collection I have made so far, My inspiration's for the women's collection this time around include ribbon, lace and nature. The children's collection is made with all acrylic beads and bright colors, it is sure to bring out the princess in every little girl who wears it. Yahoo! I am finally finished the summer 2012 collection for Three B, just in time for the up coming farmers markets, trade shows, and pop up markets. The photos will be up in two weeks and will be available for purchase either in person or online. I have also been lucky enough to be in touch with several business owners in Vancouver and Toronto interested in carrying our handmade products. Great News! We have decided to carry on as a business. We will however be doing it on a part time basis. With my health I need to be realistic in what I am able to do and need to look after myself. I will be focusing more on the creative aspect and less on the business part of things. I found I was getting to wrapped up in the business and where I wanted to go that I forgot to enjoy the creative process. I forgot why I started to do this in the first place, and that was to be creative and have fun! I would like to get back to that:) Changes Being Made 11/30/2011
